PARTS SHIPPING
Parts are shipped within 1-4 business days of part order, excluding holidays and weekends. We ship without signature confirmation unless you notify us, we are not liable for a lost or stolen item that doesn’t have signature confirmation. Tracking information can be provided once the item ships as long as an email address is provided.

FORMS OF PAYMENT AND PRICING
All items are limited in quantity and prices are subject to change so please check the price in the checkout before submitting an order. We accept paypal online and all major credit cards. All items must be prepaid and clear before the item ships.

RETURNS
We offer a 35 day money back guarantee from the date the part was shipped. All parts will be examined once received and no refund will be given for damaged parts during installation.

All installed parts being returned are subject to a $25.00 non refundable diagnostic fee and 20% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for packing the part so it’s not damaged in transit, we will not be able to process a refund for any part that has been damaged.

Upon receiving the part, the buyer notices it was damaged out of the box. Pictures must be sent of the damaged item and box it was shipped in within 48 hours of receipt for exchange or refund. After installation of the part, you find the item to be defective, an explanation of the defective part is required to get an exchange or refund.

Upon receiving the part, you notice you ordered the wrong part or just change your mind, your refund will be the part less s/h and a 20% restocking fee.

If part ordered does not resolve the issue and part is returned as not needed a $25.00 non refundable diagnostic fee and 20% restocking fee.
